& Health Guarantee
This puppy is guaranteed
to be in good health
to the best of my knowledge
and checked by my Vet
before shipment. All
puppies are accompanied
by an accurate up to
date medical history,
and have been vaccinated
and have been wormed
according to the veterinarian
standards for the age
of the puppy. Purchaser
agrees to complete scheduled
series of vaccinations,
by a reputable veterinarian
in order to protect
the puppy. Purchaser
agrees to have the puppy
examined by a licensed
veterinarian within
(72 hrs.) for the guarantee
to remain valid.

If your puppy , during
the first 12 months
of age, is found to
only have a life threatening
congenital anomalies
such as liver shunt,
defective heart or genetic
lung problems that would
cause death,
Return the puppy to
me along with the registration
papers, shot / medical
records and a written
description of the abnormality
from a licensed veterinarian,
and the puppy will be
replaced.
Breeder reserves the
right to have the puppy
examined by a licensed
veterinarian of her
choice in order to have
the diagnoses verified.
If your puppy has a
problem other than a
life threatening defect
no replacement puppy
will be
Given. ( If condition
is deemed due t o neglect
or abuse there will
be no replacement and
you agree to surrender
the puppy/dog along
with all paperwork back
to the seller).
In the event of death,
the puppy must be autopsied
by a certified veterinarian
with a written report
stating the cause of death
The purchaser agrees and
understands that, Under
no circumstances is Seller
to be held responsible
for any veterinarian fees
due to diagnose, treat,
or to repair any problem.
If circumstances become
so that the buyer cannot
keep this dog,
Buyer promises not to
discard the dog at any
shelter, humane society,
or rescue group, and to
make every effort to place
the dog in another suitable
home.
Buyer understands
that the following slight
defects are not considered
life threatening and
therefore are not covered
Or are not Limited to--
Fleas, Ticks, Worms,
Earmites, Diarrhea,
Coccidia, Giardia, Under
or Over Bites,
Plaque, Hernias, Open
Fontanel, Hearing or
Vision problems , Allergies,
Pneumonia, or Hypoglycemia
or Dehydration, etc.
Hypoglycemia and Dehydration
is preventable with
good care and feeding.
Because Luxating
Patellas and Collapsing
Trachea can be caused
by injury, they are
not covered AFTER MY
Vet’s initial
exam. . Buyer understands
that replacement option
is only valid when health
problems are life threatening
that would cause death
before 12 months of
age.
Males Sold for Breeding
are Guaranteed to have
Fertile Sperm and Females
sold for breeding are
guaranteed to produce
offspring. If this is
thought to be a problem
it MUST be addressed before
12 months of age.
If Vet States Puppy/Dog
can not produce offspring,
Puppy/Dog will have to
be shipped back to breeder
for replacement Puppy/Dog
of Equal value.
No Cash Refunds ! Puppy/Dog
needs to be accompanied
by a Vets Written Statement
saying no offspring can
be produced. Shipping
or Delivery is the buyers
responsibility for the
ALL Puppy/Dogs involved.
Guarantee Limitations:
1. Puppy replacement
only “NO CASH
REFUNDS”
2. No replacement puppy
will be given if vaccinations
and heartworm medicines
have not been kept current.
3. This puppy shall
be given adequate housing,
food, vet care, and
shall in
(No manner be mistreated,
neglected, or allowed
to roam freely).
This puppy is to be
kept as a house dog.
4. Replacement Puppy
will be of equal
value of
previous purchased puppy
and Replacement puppy
will be checked out
by my Vet and Given
Good Report of Health
Letter accompanying
by Pickup/shipping and
replacement puppy will
not come with any warranty
thereafter.
5. Guarantee is voided
if not returned
and signed before shipment/pickup
of puppy.
6. When the puppy
is Pickuped/shipped
is no longer my responsibility
to care for the puppy,including
any vet bills, etc at
time of pickup/shipping.
7. Shipment/Delivery
of puppy is to or from
Breeder is ALWAYS Buyers
responsibility.
8. Seller makes
no Guarantee on size,weight,disposition,conformation,color,coat
thickness or length
9. I do not guarantee
what quality or color
of offspring you reproduce
when breeding.
This guarantee shall
become null and void
if the puppy ownership
transfers to anyone
other than the original
purchaser.
This written agreement
is a binding contract,
and is the only agreement
between the buyer and
the seller. Contract
is to be interpreted
pursuant to the laws
of South Carolina. Jurisdiction
and venue to determine
disputes shall be in
Georgetown County. Any
dispute regarding this
agreement shall be brought
solely in Georgetown,
South Carolina. All
legal issues and/or
court action will be
filed in Georgetown,
South Carolina.
